Who We Can Supply
We have distribution agreements with our suppliers for New Zealand and the Pacific Islands only. If you live outside these areas, please use the Contact Us link and we will advise you by return e-mail who you can purchase these products from instead.  Please note NZ GST is automatically added to purchases made through this site.  If you live outside New Zealand we suggest you contact us so we can process your purchase without charging GST.
Shipping
Our packaging and delivery charge is a flat rate of $20.00 to anywhere in New Zealand for purchases of less than $1,000.  For purchases over this value packaging and delivery is free of charge within New Zealand. Your order will be sent via Courier or by NZ Post depending on the size, weight and where you are. If we send by standard post please note that we do not have trace or carriers insurance coverage. Delivery charges to the Pacific Islands will depend upon weight - please contact us for details.
Delivery Time
Ex-Stock deliveries should take less than 5 working days to reach you. We do not carry all items in stock locally. In some cases we may stock selected models of a particular range only. You will be contacted by our Administration staff with delivery information if we cannot deliver your order from stock. If you have a critical delivery requirement, please contact us before ordering on 0800 738 378 (0800 RFTEST) or via the Contact Us link.
Returns
Exchanges, Returns and/or Refunds will only be given if the shipment was received damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or misrepresented by us in some way. Please make sure you fully establish the suitability of the item before purchasing. If need be, contact us first to discuss the application or see if we have demonstration stock. Full Refunds can only be given within 30 days and if the item is in unused condition in original packaging. These Terms & Conditions do not override your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees ACT.
